Four plans. The product is the same in all of them.

What changes is how many messages you can deliver in a month and how much help you get from us. The first 100 marketing messages are free on every plan — no card to start, and billing begins the day you pass them.

What happens when you reach the limit.

The plan is a budget, not a surprise. You always know where you stand before you send, and nothing is charged that you didn't choose.

You can start the campaign anyway
We don't block a send because it might run past your plan. You decide who to reach; the projection is shown, not enforced.
Sending stops at the limit
The campaign delivers up to your plan and then pauses. The messages beyond it are not sent, so your bill can't run away from you.
You pick it back up
Upgrade and the plan applies immediately, or wait for your renewal. Either way you resume the campaign yourself — it never restarts on its own.
Nothing is charged you didn't choose
No automatic mid-period upgrade, no overage fee. Meta bills the messages that actually went out, and that's it.

Before you launch, the last step of the campaign setup shows what this send will do to your counter — how much of the plan is left, or how far past it you would go. No upgrade button and no sales pitch there; just the number, so the decision is yours before a single message leaves.

Questions people actually ask

Two numbers, from two different companies. Say you deliver 25,000 marketing messages to Turkey in a month:

≈ $272 to Meta — their own list price, charged to the card on your WhatsApp Business Account. This is the bigger line and it moves with the country you message and the category you send.
$79 to us — the Growth plan. Fixed; it doesn't move with your volume inside the plan.

We never see the first number and take nothing from it.
There is no free tier, but there is a free start: the first 100 marketing messages are free on every plan. You sign up without a card, connect your WhatsApp Business Account, pick a plan and send. We only start charging once you pass 100, and that day becomes your renewal date — so the setup time you spend waiting on Meta doesn't eat a paid month.

Two things to know. Meta charges for the messages from the very first one; the free part is our fee, not theirs. And the 100 are given once per organization — changing plans, adding another WhatsApp Business Account or starting a new workspace doesn't reset them.
One delivered message to one person — WhatsApp has to confirm it arrived. Sends that fail never count and never cost you: wrong numbers, numbers already known not to be on WhatsApp, and anyone who opted out are filtered out before the send.

Messaging the same person twice counts twice, so frequency is a real choice rather than a free one. The counter belongs to your plan, not to one workspace: every workspace you run draws from the same allowance. It resets on your billing date.
No. Meta bills the card on your own WhatsApp Business Account, at their published rate. We never handle that money and we can't mark it up — you would see it if we did, because the invoice comes from Meta, not from us.
Sending stops there. The messages already delivered are delivered — and billed by Meta — and the rest are not sent. The campaign shows as Plan limit reached, and it waits for you.

To finish it you either upgrade, which applies immediately, or wait for your renewal. In both cases you resume it yourself; it never picks up on its own, because a campaign that quietly restarts two weeks later would send the wrong message at the wrong time.
No. A workspace maps to one Meta business portfolio, which is how an agency separates one client from another, and you can open as many as you need on any plan. They all draw from the same message allowance — the only thing a plan limits — so splitting volume across workspaces gains nothing, and one busy workspace can use the plan up for the others. Rapio doesn't limit users, phone numbers, templates or lists on any plan — only Meta's own limits apply; the allowance stops sending rather than setting up.
Yes, both are self-serve. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then. We don't ask for a reason and we don't put it behind support.

Fixed fee. No markup.
